Shipping times

These periods may be longer during sales seasons, Black Friday or specific promotions.

We know that, as a customer, you expect to receive your order as soon as possible. For this reason, we’ve worked hard to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to ensure that you receive your order within 5–10 business days after the order has left our warehouse.

We’ll do our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, this isn’t a guarantee and we’re not responsible for delays due to reasons beyond PACECLUB’s control.


How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to select, package, quality control and fulfill your product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all products.

Please note:

  • Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
  • Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold.
  • Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, and it might extend the fulfillment time up to 5 business days, but no more than that.
  • Any orders placed on the weekend, outside of normal business hours or on a public holiday will be prepared on the next business day.


To which countries does Legendary ship to?

Although we ship worldwide, there are some countries we don't ship to due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:

  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea
  • Some other regions in Africa
  • Some other regions in South America
  • Some other regions in Asia


International shipping

If your order is addressed to a country outside of the European Union, the shipment may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges due to local laws and/or customs. We’ll ship your package delivered duty unpaid (DDU), which means that PACECLUB is responsible for delivering the package, but doesn’t assume any possible customs charges or local taxes.

The person that the order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the product(s) and will be responsible for paying these costs (even if they reject the order). If you’re sending products from the PACECLUB website to someone outside of the European Union, please ensure that they’re aware that they’re responsible for and may have to pay customs charges.
